With a playoff game on the line, Salado rose to the challenge on Friday. They blew past the Devine Warhorses 46-21. Considering the Eagles have won four matchups by more than 24 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Lincoln Hossfeld was his usual excellent self, rushing for 112 yards and two touchdowns on only 15 carries, while also throwing for 193 yards and three touchdowns. Salado also got help from Brendan Wilson, who showed off his sure hands for 86 receiving yards.
