Recap: Indian Springs COYOTES vs. Miller Rebels
The Indian Springs COYOTES posted their biggest win since December 18, 2023 on Tuesday. They breezed by Miller at home to the tune of 68-39. With Indian Springs ahead 33-12 at the half, the contest was all but over already.
Indian Springs had a senior duo take command as Adorian Cherry scored 28 points and Jordan Culberson scored 22 points along with nine rebounds and two blocks. That makes it five consecutive games in which Cherry has scored at least a third of Indian Springs' points. The team also got some help courtesy of Victor Camba, who scored four points along with six rebounds and four steals.
Indian Springs has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 10-13 record this season. As for Miller, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-15.
Indian Springs will be playing at home against San Bernardino at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Hopefully San Bernardino focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 22 on Tuesday. As for Miller, they will head out on the road to face off against Jurupa Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Jurupa Valley is on a five-game streak of home losses, Miller an eight-game streak of away losses (dating back to last season), but someone's luck is about to change.
