Football Recap: Lynnwood Starts Season with Loss at Home + How To Watch

Lynnwood unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They fell 19-7 to the Bellingham Bayhawks on Friday. The Royals lost against the Bayhawks in their previous head to head back in November of 2017, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 52-7 score last time.

Lynnwood and Bellingham will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Royals are set to face off against their familiar foe Mountlake Terrace at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Bellingham will take on rival Lakewood at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
