Vision's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8. As for New Plymouth, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.

Everything came up roses for New Plymouth against Vision in their previous matchup back in February of 2022, as the squad secured a 64-28 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for New Plymouth since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
