Volleyball Recap: Columbia Central Gets the Win

After losing to Airport the last time they met, Columbia Central decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Golden Eagles narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Jets 2-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Golden Eagles.

The win got Columbia Central back to even at 2-2. As for Airport, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 4-1.

Columbia Central wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Madison on the 23rd. As for Airport, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Dundee on the 23rd.
