Fall River and Modoc are an even 5-5 against one another since December of 2022, but not for long. Having just played yesterday, the Bulldogs will head out on the road to face off against the Braves at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Fall River has given up an average of 60 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Fall River is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They came up short against Tulelake on Thursday, falling 87-64. The Bulldogs just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Meanwhile, Modoc didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Portola on Thursday, but they still walked away with a 67-62 victory.

Fall River better keep an eye on Nash McCulley. He was instrumental in Modoc's win, dropping a double-double with 25 points and 15 boards. Those 25 points gave McCulley a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Sutton Cockrell, who posted nine points in addition to six rebounds and three steals.

Modoc was working as a unit and finished the game with 17 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Modoc is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a massive bump to their 4-6 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.0 points over those games. As for Fall River, their loss dropped their record down to 3-6.

Fall River came up short against Modoc in their previous meeting back in February, falling 58-47. Thankfully for the Bulldogs, Chris Guasp (who shot 61% from the field to rack up 26 points along with seven boards and three steals) won't be suiting up this time.
