Basketball Recap: Monroe-Woodbury Comes Up Short

Monroe-Woodbury was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 53-42 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Kingston Tigers. The Crusaders were not able to make up for their loss to the Tigers from their previous meeting back in March.

Monroe-Woodbury's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Kingston, the victory got them back to even at 3-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Monroe-Woodbury will take on Pine Bush in a holiday battle at at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Kingston, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Kingston Tigers duke it out with the Warwick Wildcats at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
