Several Warriors players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Levi Gaskins, who went 6-for-9 on his way to 13 points and six boards. Gaskins is also on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 47% in the last six games he's played. Another player making a difference was Carter Edmonds, who posted 12 points.

Asheboro Hybrid Academy's defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 5-1 and their overall record down to 11-7. As for Gospel Light Christian, they pushed their record up to 18-8 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Asheboro Hybrid Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, an 81-50 loss against New Manna Christian on the 4th. As for Gospel Light Christian, they have also already played their next match, a 63-43 win against Veritas Christian Academy on the 31st.
