Volleyball Recap: DeMotte Christian Takes a Loss

DeMotte Christian lost against South Newton back in August, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Knights lost 3-0 to the Rebels. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The final score came out to 25-10, 25-21, 25-8.

DeMotte Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 3-14. As for South Newton, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season.

DeMotte Christian will venture away from home to take on 21st Century Charter at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for South Newton, they will take on Lafayette Jefferson in a tournament on Saturday.
