Volleyball Recap: Ava Baxter and Clary Graham Secure Win for West Rowan

If Northwest Cabarrus wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played West Rowan, they should've done a better job of containing Brinley Hiatt. The Falcons came out on top against the Trojans by a score of 3-1 on Thursday with plenty of help from Hiatt, who had 20 digs and two aces. She has been hot, having posted ten or more digs the last five times she's played.

West Rowan walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the fourth set). The final score came out to 25-18, 25-18, 18-25, 25-14.

West Rowan was led to victory by Clary Graham and Ava Baxter. Graham had ten digs and one assist, while Baxter had seven digs.

West Rowan was lethal from the service line and finished the game with ten aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in October of 2024.

West Rowan's record now sits at 3-4. As for Northwest Cabarrus, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-6.
