Volleyball Recap: Fort Chiswell Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Fort Chiswell was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Giles Spartans. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Spartans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Fort Chiswell's defeat dropped their record down to 4-12. As for Giles, their victory was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-1.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Fort Chiswell is set to square off against their familiar foe George Wythe at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Giles will face off against rival Grayson County at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
