Basketball Recap: Calvary Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Calvary Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost to the Trinity Christian Academy Eagles at home by a 56-38 margin. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Lions of the 58-53 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February of 2023.

Calvary Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Trinity Christian Academy, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-8.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Calvary Christian Academy will host Family Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Calvary Christian Academy is facing Family Christian Academy at the right time seeing as Family Christian Academy is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Trinity Christian Academy, they will welcome Pine Ridge at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
