SkyView Academy narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past Lyons 68-65. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Hawks have posted since February 23, 2024.

SkyView Academy's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Reagan Lewis, who went 7 of 12 en route to 23 points and six boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Markus Lloyd, who went 7 for 15 on his way to 17 points and eight rebounds.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Dawson School). They walked away with a 65-57 victory over Estes Park on Wednesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Mustangs.

SkyView Academy's win was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-3. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.0 points per game. As for Dawson School, the victory got them back to even at 7-7.

SkyView Academy strolled past Dawson School in their previous meeting back in January of 2024 by a score of 57-42. The rematch might be a little tougher for SkyView Academy since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
