Basketball Recap: Edsel Ford Comes Up Short

Edsel Ford lost against Allen Park back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Edsel Ford Thunderbirds fell 29-16 to the Allen Park Jaguars. The matchup marked the Thunderbirds' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Edsel Ford now has a losing record at 7-8. As for Allen Park, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-7 record this season.

Coming up, Edsel Ford will be playing in front of their home fans against Woodhaven at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Woodhaven will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something Edsel Ford surely won't give up without a fight. As for Allen Park, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Jaguars take on the Cougars at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Allen Park is facing Garden City at the right time seeing as Garden City is stuck on a six-game losing streak.
