Baseball Recap: Raton Falls to Pojoaque Valley in First Game of Season

Raton unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They lost 27-13 to the Pojoaque Valley Elks/Elkettes on Thursday. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it 15 in a row.

Raton got a massive performance out of Azden Romero, who scored a run while going 4-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of Camron Edmenson, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and one RBI.
