Basketball Recap: Information Tech Takes a Loss

Information Tech was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They took a blow against the Martin Falcons, falling 72-32. While losing is never fun, Information Tech can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 623rd, while Martin is ranked 235th).

Information Tech's defeat dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Martin, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-2 record this season.

Information Tech will be playing at home against Queens Teaching at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Information Tech is facing Queens Teaching at the right time seeing as Queens Teaching is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Martin, they will face off against Careers in Television & Film at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Martin's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last five contests.
