Soccer Recap: King Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

King won the last time they faced Plant City and things went their way on Tuesday too. The King Lions walked away with a 3-1 win over the Plant City Raiders. The Lions' winning goal came courtesy of MAHMOUD JNIAT.

The victory (which was King's third in a row) raised their record to 6-8-1. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those three games. As for Plant City, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-6.

King will be playing at home against Alonso at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Alonso is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.3 goals per game this season. As for Plant City, they will head out to square off against Hillsborough at 8:00 p.m. on Friday.
