Basketball Game Preview: Ignacio Bobcats vs. Centauri Falcons

Ignacio is 2-7 against Centauri since December of 2014 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. Having just played yesterday, the Ignacio Bobcats will get right back to it and host the Centauri Falcons at 4:00 p.m.

On Thursday, Ignacio came up short against Bayfield and fell 53-46. The Bobcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Centauri put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They strolled past Bayfield with points to spare, taking the game 66-50. Given the Falcons' advantage in MaxPreps' Colorado basketball rankings (they are ranked 27th, while the Wolverines are ranked 154th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Ignacio now has a losing record of 9-10. As for Centauri, their victory was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 18-0.
