Basketball Recap: Nimitz Takes a Loss

Nimitz was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost to the Berkner Rams at home by a 45-31 margin. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Vikings this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 55-22 back in December of 2024.

Nimitz's record now sits at 6-18. As for Berkner, their victory bumped their record up to 13-11.

Nimitz will face off against Richardson at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Richardson will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Nimitz surely won't give up without a fight. Berkner has already played their next contest (against MacArthur), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
