Softball Recap: West Ashley Picks Up Sixth Straight Win at Home

West Ashley lost to James Island back in March of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Wednesday. West Ashley walked away with a 5-1 win over James Island. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Wildcats.

West Ashley pushed their record up to 9-2 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.2 runs on average over those games. As for James Island, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5.
