Their rough 64-44 defeat to the Mustangs might stick with them for a while. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Hough in their matchups with Myers Park: they've now lost four in a row.
Hough lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Chloe Galombeck, who scored 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kate Breault, who scored 12 points.
Hough's defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 17-10. As for Myers Park, their victory was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 25-2.
Hough does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Myers Park, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Porter Ridge at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Porter Ridge is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
