Soccer Recap: Valmeyer Comes Up Short

Valmeyer was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost 10-1 to the Wesclin Warriors. Valmeyer were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 7-1.

Their goal came courtesy of Parker Brandt, who's now up to three this season.

Valmeyer's defeat dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Wesclin, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-11.

Valmeyer didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 9-0 loss against Gateway Science Academy on the 1st. As for Wesclin, they have also already played their next matchup, a 5-0 defeat against Hillsboro on the 30th.
