Metrolina Christian Academy has no trouble against Roger Bacon

The Metrolina Christian Academy Warriors waltzed into their game Thursday with two straight wins but they left with three. They strolled past Roger Bacon with points to spare, taking the game 47-31.
Metrolina Christian Academy can attribute much of their success to Brock Mumpower, who scored 14 points along with five assists. Those 14 points set a new season-high mark for him. The team also got some help courtesy of Nick Crews, who scored seven points along with eight rebounds.
The win got Metrolina Christian Academy back to even at 7-7. As for Roger Bacon, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season.
Metrolina Christian Academy will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against St. Pius X at 10:30 a.m. on December 29th. Roger Bacon will wrap up 2023 with a road trip to face off against Lowcountry Leadership at 9:00 a.m. on Friday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with eight consecutive losses for Lowcountry Leadership and three for Roger Bacon.
