Tyler Gilbert Game Report: vs Hatley

A big congratulations to Tyler Gilbert, who topped the rushing century mark for the first time in his career on Friday. He rushed for 108 yards and 1 score on only 13 carries as Nettleton fell to Hatley 24-18. We rated that as his best performance since September 12th, 2025, when he picked up 140 receiving yards and a pair of TDs.

Looking ahead, Gilbert and Nettleton will welcome North Pontotoc at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Despite Gilbert's best efforts to the contrary, the Tigers will head into their next match having dropped 10 straight matchups dating back to last season. Will Friday be the turning point?
