Basketball Recap: Six Straight Home Victories for Broome Street Academy

There's no place like home for Broome Street Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. They were the clear victor by a 92-70 margin over Non Varsity Opponent on Tuesday. That's the 15th time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 116-81 win last Saturday.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Broome Street Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Andre Wright, who to rack up 27 points and three steals. The game was Wright's third in a row with at least 22 points. Another player making a difference was Louikenson Exantus Boiron, who shot 4-for-4 from downtown and almost dropped a double-double with 22 points and nine boards.

Broome Street Academy pushed their record up to 23-13 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home.

Coming up, Broome Street Academy is taking a road trip to square off against Woodstock Academy at 4:30 a.m. on Thursday. As for Non Varsity Opponent, they have already played their next match, a 51-38 defeat against Thomas Jefferson School on the 25th.
