Football Recap: Marshfield Takes a Loss

Marshfield was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 46-23 to the West Plains Zizzers. If the Bluejays were looking for revenge after losing 50-21 to the Zizzers when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Marshfield's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for West Plains, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-2.

Coming up, Marshfield will look to defend their home field on Friday against Highland at 7:00 p.m. As for West Plains, they will head out to face off against Carl Junction at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
