After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Charles J. Colgan, Freedom was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They never let the Gar-Field Red Wolves get on the board and left with a 2-0 victory. The win continues a trend for Freedom in their matchups with Gar-Field: they've now won three in a row.

The victory got Freedom back to even at 3-3-1. As for Gar-Field, they dropped their record down to 0-7 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.

Coincidentally, Freedom and Gar-Field will both be playing Potomac Senior the next time they take the pitch. The Red Wolves will head out to face the Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on the 21st, while the Eagles will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on the 24th.
