Hartford Public took down Fermi 48-7 last week, the largest margin of any game.
RHAM made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 12,029 from 12,435. The improvement was the result of 20-17 victory over Edwin O. Smith last week.
Thanks to the talents of Zack DeCaro and Ivan Mangual Wethersfield has been able to do all sorts of things on offense. DeCaro leads the league in passing with 806 yards, while Mangual has rushed for 416 yards this season. The Falcons' Bailey Raymond leads the league in receiving yards with 342 on 21 catches.
A big matchup in Central Connecticut II East this week will be when the Sachems take on the Eagles. RHAM is currently in third, while Wethersfield is in second.
There should be lots of points scored when Tom Hammon's team and John Campanello's team face off this week. The top two offenses in the league, the Sachems comes in having scored 118 this season, while the Eagles have scored 144. RHAM scored 20 points last week as it bested the Panthers.
The Owls led the league in scoring this week after putting up 48 points on Fermi.
