Soccer Game Preview: Lewisville vs. Great Falls

Lewisville is preparing for their first region matchup of the season on Friday. They will be playing at home against the Great Falls Red Devils at 6:00 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

After dropping their season opener at home, Great Falls is headed out to face a Lewisville team ready to give their home crowd a win. Lewisville came up short against Rock Hill on Wednesday, falling 5-2. The Lions were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 4-0.

Margaret Morrison wasn't going to let Rock Hill walk away unscathed as she scored both of Lewisville's goals.

Meanwhile, while it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, Great Falls was not quite Chester's equal in the second half on Tuesday. They fell 2-0 to the Cyclones. The Red Devils have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
