Baseball Recap: Springdale Find Success

After losing to Brentwood the last time they met, Springdale decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Springdale came out on top against Brentwood by a score of 10-7 on Tuesday.

Luke Bramson was incredible, getting on base in four of his five plate appearances with one home run, three runs, and three RBI. Those three RBI gave him a new career-high. Cameron Orait also deserves some recognition as he scored his first runs of the season.

Springdale's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Brentwood, their loss was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-3.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Springdale is set to face off against their familiar foe Apollo Ridge at 3:45 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Brentwood will square off against rival Riverview at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
