Football Recap: Crimson Knights vs. Noblesville L Lions
Crimson Knights was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They fell 13-0 to the Noblesville L Lions. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Crimson Knights of the 36-14 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2023.
Noblesville L can attribute much of their success to Jason Rikkers, who rushed for 120 yards and a touchdown.
Crimson Knights' loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Noblesville L, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.
Crimson Knights will host Illinois C at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Noblesville L, they will have plenty of time to enjoy the victory as they don't play again for a while. They'll take on Purdue Poly Englewood at 7:00 p.m. on September 13th.
