Burlington had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They enjoyed a cozy 40-24 win over the Encampment Tigers on Friday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Huskies also won the last time the pair played back in March.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Burlington to victory, but perhaps none more so than Paul Mcniven, who posted six points along with six boards and five steals. Chase Bassett was another key player, putting up eight points.

Burlington has already played their next game, a 59-37 victory against HEM on the 12th. As for Encampment, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 45-24 win against Fort Washakie on the 12th.
