Basketball Recap: King's Ridge Christian Comes Up Short

King's Ridge Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were outmatched by the Mt. Bethel Christian Academy Eagles and fell 70-34. The match marked the Tigers' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Despite the loss, King's Ridge Christian still got an impressive performance from Alex Lowry, who posted eight points along with nine rebounds and five blocks. Those five blocks gave Lowry a new career-high. Charles Bryant was another key player, putting up seven points.

King's Ridge Christian's loss dropped their record down to 10-10. As for Mt. Bethel Christian Academy, they pushed their record up to 13-8 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home.

King's Ridge Christian has already played their next contest, a 78-68 defeat against Landmark Christian on the 1st. As for Mt. Bethel Christian Academy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 54-27 win against The Weber School on the 3rd.
