Nardin Academy entered their tilt with Nichols on Tuesday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They blew past the Vikings 3-0. That's more bragging rights for the Gators, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

While Nardin Academy won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-15, 25-22.

Nardin Academy's win bumped their record up to 6-4. As for Nichols, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.

Coming up, Nardin Academy will take on Cathedral Prep at 12:15 p.m. on Saturday. As for Nichols, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Cardinal O'Hara on the 1st.
