Volleyball Recap: Jupiter Christian's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Jupiter Christian can bid farewell to their five-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. They came out on top against the Atlantic Christian Sharks by a score of 2-0.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Jupiter Christian to victory, but perhaps none more so than Kailey Rowell, who had five aces. Those five aces gave Rowell a new career-high. Livia Dunagan also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.

They weren't the only good server: Jupiter Christian was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 11 aces. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Atlantic Christian only served three aces.

Jupiter Christian's record now sits at 4-7. As for Atlantic Christian, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-4.

Jupiter Christian didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Martin County on the 12th. As for Atlantic Christian, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Jupiter on the 12th.
