Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask North Salem). They blew past the Newberg Tigers 72-41 on Friday. While the Vikings didn't have the best season last year (they finished 2-24), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

The win was the third in a row for North Salem, bringing their record for this year to 5-2. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.7 points per game. As for Newberg, their loss dropped their record down to 1-6.
