On Monday, Carson humbled Diego Rivera with a 81-48 victory. The win made it back-to-back wins for Carson.
Carson had a senior duo take command as Ezekiel Harry scored 28 points and Jacob Ortega scored 25 points. That makes it 11 consecutive games in which Ortega has scored at least 25% of Carson's points. Justin Cooper was another key contributor, scoring 9 points.
Carson's win bumped their record up to 5-6. As for Diego Rivera, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.
Carson will head out on the road to face off against Narbonne at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Narbonne is coming into the matchup on a three-game losing streak. As for Diego Rivera, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Maywood Academy at 4:30 p.m.
