Basketball Recap: Caseville Takes a Loss

Caseville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 55-46 to the Au Gres-Sims Wolverines. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wolverines this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 43-40 back in November of 2024.

Caseville's loss dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Au Gres-Sims, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 9-9.

Caseville has already played their next match, a 54-44 defeat against Carsonville-Port Sanilac on the 20th. As for Au Gres-Sims, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 42-32 loss against Hillman on the 21st.
