Douglas had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Glenrock on Thursday. The Bearcats were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Herders. The match marked the Bearcats' most dominant win of the season.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Douglas was: they took every set by at least 12 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-12, 25-13.

Samantha Yost paced Douglas' offense, picking up nine kills. Yost got some help from Avynn Yost and her 20 assists. Avynn was also solid from the service line: she led the team with six aces.
