Recap: Bridges Prep Buccaneers vs. Branchville Yellow Jackets
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Whale Branch, the Bridges Prep Buccaneers were happy to have found some success on Thursday. They took their game at home with ease, bagging a 48-18 victory over Branchville. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Bridges Prep also won the last time the pair played last Thursday.
Bridges Prep found their leader in underclassman Makayla Lapp, who scored 21 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Alysia Neal, who scored ten points.
Bridges Prep's victory bumped their record up to 5-12. As for Branchville, they dropped their record down to 1-15 with that loss, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season.
Bridges Prep does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Branchville also has no future games currently scheduled.
