 Rio Americano won against Vista del Lago  last Friday with six  runs and they decided to stick to that  run total again  on Monday. The Rio Americano Raiders skirted past the Del Campo Cougars  6-4. The  win made it back-to-back  victories for Rio Americano.
  Zack Baker tossed a big game,   not allowing a single  earned run and  only one  hit over six innings pitched.
 On the hitting side,  Mac Hausman was  excellent,  scoring two  runs and  stealing a base while going 2-for-3. He is on a roll when it comes to  stolen bases, as he's  now  stolen  at least one in the last three games he's  played.
 On Del Campo's side,  Carter Farris made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and  scored two  runs and  stole five bases while  getting on base  in all three of his plate appearances.
 Rio Americano has  been performing  well recently as they've  won six of their last eight matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 16-7 record  this season. As for Del Campo, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-11.
 Rio Americano will have a chance to go back-to-back against Del Campo: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled  at 4:30  p.m.  on Wednesday.
