Basketball Recap: Rison Takes a Loss

If Rison was riding high fresh off their 108-50 takedown of Dumas last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Rison Wildcats fell 43-32 to the DeWitt Dragons on Thursday. The match marked the Wildcats' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Rison dropped their record down to 9-6 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road. As for DeWitt, they now have a winning record of 10-9.

Rison has already played their next contest (against Central), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. DeWitt will square off against Drew Central at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
