Tuesday just wasn't the day for Wausau East's offense. They came up short against the Merrill Bluejays on Tuesday, falling 12-0. Having soared to a lofty 11 runs in the game before, the Lumberjacks' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Wausau East dropped their record down to 2-15 with the defeat, which was their 17th straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Merrill, they moved to 7-12 with that victory, which also ended their five-game losing streak.
