Basketball Recap: Forsan Wins Going Away Against Reagan County

Forsan was handed a heart-breaking two-point loss in their last match, but they sure didn't let that happen against Reagan County on Tuesday. The Forsan Buffaloes blew past the Reagan County Owls 50-26. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 33-31 back in December of 2024.

Forsan's victory bumped their record up to 10-7. As for Reagan County, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost 12 of their last 13 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-17 record this season.

Forsan and Reagan County could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings. Forsan will take on Christoval at 6:30 p.m. on Friday down 329 places (456 vs. 127). Meanwhile, Reagan County (ranked 841st) will meet Ozona (ranked 277th) at 6:15 p.m. on Friday.
