Basketball Game Preview: Rochester Warriors vs. Hoquiam Grizzlies

Rochester is 0-6 against Hoquiam since January of 2015 but things could change on Tuesday. The Rochester Warriors will venture away from home to face off against the Hoquiam Grizzlies at 6:45 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Rochester is headed into Tuesday's contest looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their sixth straight game on Thursday. They lost 53-32 to Tenino.

Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the best came from Brayden Oconnor, who posted 11 points. Another player making a difference was Emmitt Mancuso, who had nine points.

Meanwhile, Hoquiam came up short against Elma on Thursday and fell 66-54. The Grizzlies have struggled against the Eagles recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Rochester's loss dropped their record down to 1-18. As for Hoquiam, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-13.

Rochester and Hoquiam were neck-and-neck when the teams last played back in January, but Rochester came up empty-handed after a 51-50 loss. Can Rochester avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
