Basketball Recap: New Hampton Comes Up Short

New Hampton lost against Waukon back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The New Hampton Chickasaws were dealt a 76-47 defeat at the hands of the Waukon Indians.

New Hampton's loss was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Waukon, their win ended a six-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-3.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Decorah-North Winneshiek the next time they take the court. New Hampton will host Decorah-North Winneshiek at 8:15 p.m. on Friday, while Waukon will head out to face them at 8:15 p.m. on December 17th.
