True North Classical Academy has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They took a 64-56 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Marathon Dolphins on Tuesday. Even though they lost, the Titans' still made a splash on offense and bumped their average scoring up to 50.2 points per game (they're now ranked -1th in scoring overall).

Despite the loss, True North Classical Academy still got an impressive performance from Ellie Perez, who dropped a double-double on 36 points and ten boards. Perez is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last three games she's played. Angie Fiad was another key player, putting up ten points and six rebounds.

Even though they lost, True North Classical Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 11 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive boards in eight consecutive games.

True North Classical Academy's loss dropped their record down to 6-2. As for Marathon, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-5.
