Baseball Preview: Quapaw Wildcats vs. Wyandotte Bears

For the first time this season, Quapaw will have a chance to prove themselves in a conference matchup on Saturday. They will be playing in front of their home fans against the Wyandotte Bears at 10:00 a.m. Quapaw has given up an average of 7.5 runs per game this season, so hopefully the team got some pitching drills in this week.

Jace Gregory made a splash while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out ten batters over five innings while giving up five earned runs off five hits. Gregory was also solid in the batter's box, scoring three runs while going 1-for-4. That's the most runs he has posted since back in March of 2024.
