United skates past East Palestine with ease

Recap: United Golden Eagles vs. East Palestine Bulldogs

The United Golden Eagles scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat East Palestine 78-51 at home. The win was just what United needed coming off of a 55-31 defeat in their prior contest.

Despite the loss, East Palestine still got an impressive performance from Kyler Bourne, who scored 16 points along with eight rebounds. Owen Jurjavicic was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with seven rebounds.

United's victory bumped their record up to 8-10. As for East Palestine, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-10.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Valley Christian the next time they take the court. East Palestine will head out to face Valley Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, while United will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
