Soccer Recap: Kapaun Mt. Carmel Takes a Loss

Despite a strong season so far, Kapaun Mt. Carmel has seen their luck take a bit of a downturn recently. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Bishop Carroll Golden Eagles.

Kapaun Mt. Carmel's defeat dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Bishop Carroll, they now have a winning record of 6-5.

Kapaun Mt. Carmel wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next matchup, a 4-1 victory against Garden City on the 4th. As for Bishop Carroll, they will head out on the road to challenge Washburn Rural on Tuesday. Washburn Rural's defense has only allowed 0.4 goals per game this season, so Bishop Carroll's offense will have their work cut out for them.
